Chantell Glenn is experienced in the community and economic development field. She has performed strategic planning, financial management, and grant compliance for affordable housing, small business, and homelessness programs for city, county and state governments.  She is knowledgeable in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) program.  Additional projects included feasibility analysis of tax incentives for residential and commercial development and business expansion/relocation. 

Chantell received the designation of Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP), with a focus on real estate finance and small business credit analysis.  Chantell has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Spelman College.
