Council Meetings
The City of Riverdale online meeting service allows residents to access archived City Council meeting agendas and minutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you wish to comment on an Agenda item for an upcoming meeting, please use the Contact Council link. For information to be conveyed to Council, it must be received by 5 pm the date of the meeting. Provide the Agenda Report number in the subject line.
City Council Agendas and Summaries of Minutes for recent meetings can be viewed accessing the Agendas Tab on the main page.
If you'd like to be notified when the latest City Council agenda is posted, please subscribe to e-Notify, the City's email notification system. To register, visit the e-Services Tab on the main page, sign-up for the Notify Me alerts, enter your email address and select which method you want to receive your the information.
Meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 7200 Church Street, Riverdale, Georgia.
Public Comments
Public comment cards must be completed and turned in to the City Clerk by 5:30 pm prior to the Business Session Meeting. Please note that according to the Decorum Policy Section 2.34 under public comments:
Public comments during a meeting of the City of Riverdale Governing Body will only be allowed to residents of the City of Riverdale or to owners of businesses maintaining a business site physically situated within the corporate limits of the City of Riverdale. Public comments will be limited in time to a total of three (3) minutes per speaker and a total time limited at any one meeting of fifteen (15) minutes. However; if you are a nonresident who lives outside the City limits, you must notify the City Clerk Wednesday prior to the meeting. In addition, you must provide verification of residency.
