How to I obtain a copy of a disposition?
You will need to come by the Clerk of Court Office to complete a request for disposition form. Requests may take 3 business days to complete and certified copies are $5.00.

What is the fine amount for my traffic citation?
Approximately 7-10 business days after the citation(s) is issued you may call the court services department at 770-991-0462 ext 2 to ascertain your fine amount or you can check for this information by using our (
online citation payments
)service. There are instances in which fine amounts cannot be determined by court personnel and will require a court appearance. If this is the case the clerk will inform you of this.

I have missed court what do I do now?
When you fail to appear in court there is a contempt fee of 150.00 added to your case. Your driver’s license may be suspended or a warrant may be issued for your arrest. If you have missed court you will be required to pay the full amount of the citations along with the contempt fee before any warrants or suspension will be recalled.

Do I have to come to court?
Some cases require a court appearance and payments can not be made without coming to court. Most offenses can be paid prior to coming to court; however, please call the Court Services Department at 770-991-0462 ext 2 to ascertain whether or not the fine can be paid prior to coming to court. I have received multiple citations can I pay some of them and go to court on the others?
We do not accept partial payments. All citations received must be paid for at the same time. Any other payment arrangements must be made in court.
